They were calm, reassuring, and so very kind and gentle. I was having so much pain. When they heard that, they got me in the same day for a consultation and then the procedure. I wanted lots of numbing medicine, no problem, they gave me that and allowed plenty of time for it to work. I wanted the nitrous oxide gas, no problem, they gave me that. They explained everything to me, continuously checked in with me during the procedure to make sure that I was doing okay. I had no pain. They followed up with an X-ray and shared the results with me. They were fabulous!"

"***UPDATE*** on 3/6/26 Crystal the Operations Manager for One Endodontics called to discuss my concerns about the facility and practice. Crystal noted that One Endodontics will be relocating soon, and the signage concerns will be resolved at the new site. She acknowledged that the lack of signage has been a recurring issue; however, as a tenant, the practice is not in a position to directly address it at the current location. Regarding the specialized x‑ray, Crystal explained that it is commonly required and is reviewed by the dentist on a dedicated computer in another office due to the advanced software needed to interpret it. The imaging results can then be provided to another dental provider so repeat imaging is not performed. She also noted that in future, additional training will be provided to the Front Desk staff to explain the specialized x-ray better and the need for it. All in all, I found Crystal to be warm and professional. I appreciated her ability to clarify my concerns and willingness to address them. I can see the staff is trying their best... so I am changing my star assignment. For staff training, I would recommend placing greater emphasis on clearly explaining higher‑cost line items. ***ORIGINAL REVIEW*** The dentist I saw was great, professional, and knowledgeable. My rating is more about the facility and business practices. There is no signage for the facility. No indications from the exterior on whether you are in the right place or not. No references for parking. Once you are in the building and head to the correct floor, again there is no signage outside of the suite on the wall to indicate where the office is. I got off the elevator, glanced around, headed left because of the numbering -- not because of any signs. The business sign is on the door; which is open and not visible in the hallway. I find such things annoying. My time is valuable, don't make me waste my time by researching where I'm supposed to go. Once in the office, I was politely manipulated by the front desk team to spend $199 on a 360 x-ray that is not covered by insurance. I asked if it was really necessary, and was told "oh, it's the most important!" Ok, then... Later a dental technician did both the 360 x-ray and the industry standard x-ray where you bite down on the flim thing. When the dentist sat down with me to evaluate my issue, the dentist was reviewing the industry standard x-ray pictures. Based on those, the dentist recommended a different resolution to my problem. The dentist didn't need the 360 x-ray images. So, for a 30 minute evaluation, I spent $199 for no reason. It felt dishonest. Given the specialty x-ray is not covered by insurance, it shouldn't be done until AFTER industry standard methods are exhausted. A good business practice would be to perform insurance covered methods first, then if the dentist is unable to formulate a conclusion with that data, go to next level data collection which may or may not be covered by insurance. The customer can then more readily accept that above and beyond effort and appreciate it. I personally don't recommend this business. I think finding a knowledgeable dentist is easy. Finding a good office is difficult."

"I was concerned that a dull pain I had been experiencing for several weeks in an upper canine was turning into an abscess, so I went to my dentist. She wanted a second opinion on the cause and treatment, so she referred me to One Endodontics In Falls Church. After additional x-rays and 3D scans, Dr Hashim Al-Hassany verified the problem and recommended a root canal. As a 75-year old, I have had too many root canals. My main concern was the fact this was a front upper tooth, which meant the needles for injecting the novocaine would be aimed toward my sinus area, which has always been very painful. However, Dr Hassany definitely has a master's touch. He gave me two injections while working the gum so I felt hardly a pinch!! About 20 minutes later he finished the root canal..painless! Such a change from other procedures I've had over my many years of dental work!! If it weren't for the fact the left side of my mouth didn't want to move, I would have had a large "Thank you" smile on my face! This was my first experience with One Endodontics, and while I hope I don't need their care again, I will definitely return to them if the need arises. "I believe these people are scammers. They didnt care about me or my teeth but they love to double charge for their incompetence. I was referred to them to do a root canal on one tooth. My pain didn’t go away so they decided to do root canal on my next tooth. My pain was still not gone. I visited them few times but they said it was all looking good and all canals are clean so I shouldn’t have pain. I got fed up going back to them and suffered the pain over a year. Recently I visited a new dental clinic for cleaning but they asked to take some X-rays. Based on X-rays the dentist told me that my tooth which had the root canal has infection. So she referred me back to One Endodontics for consultation. I went back there couple days ago and I was asked to pay $200 for this consultation after my insurance deduction. They took new X-rays and they told me that actually I have infection on both teeth that they worked on. The reason was they didn’t clean the roots properly so they got infected. They told me that they didn’t CLEAN them properly , might be due to my age and also my tooth was complicated. I am in mid 40s??? However when I went back to them after the two root canal were done and pain was still there, they had told me that it was all clean and shouldn’t have the pain but now they are saying the opposite!!! I was shocked. As a solution, they told me to re-do the root canal on both teeth but I should pay again $3000+ with no guarantee... If your dentist refer you ever to this clinic you should look for other options and don’t get scammed like I did."

LOLOL Upon entering into the office, Claudia was absolutely the best at confirming everything prior to the actual surgery. She made sure I was fully aware of the cost and asked if i had any questions, then walked with me back to the chair. Once there, another very nice lady, who name escapes me, made sure I was comfortable and properly prepped, completed all the required scans and x-rays. And of course, she was very instrumental in assisting the good Dr. Wang, who was so amazing. My worries were heightened when the Dr. injected the pain medication, but they quickly faded once the Dr. started and throughout the procedure because I did not feel a thing.
